He's innovative, creative, curious, constantly learning and growing. He's a wonderful human being and I have absolutely loved working with him for the past 6 years. He has an incredible ability to see problems from multiple perspectives and to design experiences that aren't just usable, but meaningful. I'm happy to recommend Eoghan for any design role. He would be an amazing asset for any company.

He helped me settle into working in a new role in a new city, invited me to relevant team rituals, and even welcomed me into his artisan coffee club. We worked closely on the early stages of the Workday Help product, and he was instrumental in setting me (and accessibility) up for success both culturally and operationally in the Workday Dublin product area. I highly recommend him as a designer and a great team player.

In my role as PM I worked closely with Eoghan while growing CYGNVS from its earliest days to where it is now. Eoghan's was always a joy to work with, his positive attitude and collaborative approach combined with his deep design chops meant we were able to move extremely quickly to rapidly build new features and improve the end to end usability of our entire platform at the same time.

Not only has he recently improved the Case Detail for Help by running a series of design jams to really bring the Help UX team and the Help Dev team together, but he has been championing learning in the UX org and beyond by creating the UX library. He singlehandedly gathered UX books, created a method to take out a book by text, and promoted the library to the entire Dublin office. He also supplies the 3rd floor with a bulk order of coffee (pre-covid). He's always there for nonsense chats and for music recommendations. Thanks for being so much fun Eoghan!

Eoghan also pioneered the UX book club which has been a wonder resource for knowledge sharing among teammates. Thank you Eoghan for all your schemes and also for taking the time to onboard me onto Help. We are very lucky to have Eoghan on our team!

He easily sees paths through tricky problems and works really well with product team, adapting and iterating as things change in real-time. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with over the last few months. Thanks Eoghan!

He played a crucial part in building and designing the foundations for what today is a game changing product. His former experience as an engineer allows him to easily communicate and collaborate with an engineering team, as he understands the challenges of converting designs into an actual product. He's a very conscientious colleague; when a problem arises for someone else he'll think of the other people that might affect and offers help to them. As a newbie to the team, it's great having people like Eoghan looking out for you, whether it's technical difficulties, useful workarounds, coffee/tea fixes or leaving presents on people's desks. These are complemented by the practical, analytical and problem-solving skills he brought to our projects. He was generous in sharing these skills and was an excellent mentor. He was especially impressive at producing outstanding work and keeping his cool in high-pressure environments. His easy-going and personable manner as well as his skills and diligence made him a pleasure to work with. In both environments he brought his wealth of experience and creativity to the table, setting the bar high for design standards. Often, you’d find engineers and product managers gathered around his screen as he would transform an idea discussed in a meeting to a design reality. Eoghan leads by doing. Eoghan has been an incredible mentor and friend to me throughout my career as a designer from initially working together when I was an intern at Workday, to now, over 4 years later at CYGNVS. Eoghan instilled confidence in me and my ability to do my job, and always made sure to take time out of his day to help if there was anything I needed. I hope that one day we get to work together again, but until then, whoever gets to work with this friendly giant is in for a treat. You da man Eoghan!
